Terms & Conditions
We offer Returns and Exchanges for our other products i.e. sunglasses as per following rules:
(a) cancel the order on the website using the link provided in the order confirmation email, OR
(b) drop us an e-mail at support@marlit.in OR WhatsApp us on +91-9319693919 with your order number.
1.2 No Return of Used, Worn, Washed or Damaged Items

(a) Exchange of the product with another product of equal value. In case of exchange, we will dispatch the requested exchange product in 3-4 working days post verification, OR
(b) A money refund via the digital payment methods available with us at the time. In case of refund, please allow up to 15 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
1.5.2 If any promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase, you will be refunded for the actual amount paid at time of purchase.
1.5.3 Shipping costs are non-refundable. Exceptions may apply.

The merchandise may not be restocked once sold out. No information regarding the presence of any product in our stock will be guaranteed.

We hereby disclaim any guarantees of exactness as to the finish and appearance of the final product as ordered by the user. We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions including colour, material used, availability, prices or other content regarding products displayed on the website appear accurately at all times. If a product offered by us is not as described, your remedy is to return it in unused condition.
